Katyna Ranieri
Katyna Ranieri (Follonica, August 15th, 1927) is an Italian singer and actress. He took part to Festival di Sanremo in 1953 with the song "No Pierrot", but the real success came during the following year with the song "Una canzone da due soldi", coming second at Sanremo. In 1962 she recorded the 45rpm "Nessuno mai mi ha mandato dei fior", written by Piero Ciampi. She is married to the musician Riz Ortolani and she's the only Italian singer to have sung at Oscar Night in 1964. She's very famous abroad and she toured all over the world. As an actress she collaborated together with Nino Rota to some Federico Fellini's movies.
